Pack Haus Apparel LLC, doing business as Pack Haus. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Everything here is decorated to order. Apparel and bags are printed by direct-to-film transfer or stitched on an embroidery machine; hard goods such as tumblers are printed by UV printer; wood, acrylic and metal pieces are engraved or cut on a laser. Nothing is pulled off a shelf pre-made. How to look after each of those, and what that means for what we cover, is set out in our care and warranty guide.
The design you approve at the “Confirm placement and size” step is the exact design we print. That step exists so that the size, position and content are settled by you rather than interpreted by us. Please read it — after it, that saved snapshot is what goes to the printer.
The price shown in the design studio is the price for that item as configured, and it is the same figure carried into your cart and into checkout.
That figure is your item cost only. Shipping and sales tax are worked out at checkout by Stripe, from the delivery address you enter there — this site has no rate table of its own, so before checkout they are shown as calculated at checkout rather than as a guessed number. Stripe shows you the full total, shipping and tax included, before you confirm payment. That total is the only amount charged; nothing is added afterwards.
Two shipping options are offered at checkout, a standard and an expedited one, each a flat rate per order. Those are Pack Haus's own placeholder figures, not quoted carrier rates, and they will be replaced once the carrier account is set up. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe against the address you give it; until Pack Haus's tax registration is switched on there it comes back as $0.00, and $0.00 is then genuinely what you pay in tax — it is not deferred to a later bill.
Where a ship-by date is shown on your order, it is our working target, not a guarantee. If an order is going to miss it we would rather tell you than quietly slip. Delivery time after we ship is the carrier's, not ours.
Ask as early as possible. Up until an item enters production, a change or cancellation is usually straightforward. Once it has been printed, stitched, engraved or cut, the material is used and the item exists only for you, so a cancellation at that point is not something we can absorb.
If we got it wrong — the wrong item, the wrong size against what you ordered, a placement that does not match your confirmed design, a defect in the blank item itself, or a fault in how it was decorated — tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will remake it or refund it. That is our cost, not yours. The promise is the same whichever way your item was made:
If the design is what you approved and you have changed your mind about it, we cannot resell an item made specifically for you, so we cannot take it back. This is the standard trade-off for made-to-order work of any kind, and it is why the confirmation step shows you the design, its measured size and its placement before you buy.
Where we told you first. We flag low-resolution artwork before you confirm, and block artwork too low to reproduce acceptably. The same applies to detail that is genuinely too fine for the method you chose — hairline strokes and very small lettering that stitches cannot hold, or that a laser's cut width would close up. Where we have flagged that and you have asked us to proceed anyway, the result is not a fault we can remake for free.
Where care is the cause. Our care and warranty guide sets out, per method, how an item should be looked after and what that means for what is covered. Damage from care it tells you to avoid — a printed tumbler through a dishwasher, a printed or embroidered garment through a hot dryer, an engraved wooden piece left in water or direct sun — is not a fault in our work. Normal wear and accidental damage are not either.
You keep ownership of what you upload. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use that artwork, and you give Pack Haus permission to reproduce it for the limited purpose of producing your order. We do not use your design in marketing, on a product page, or in any public gallery unless you have specifically given permission for it.
We will decline an order — and refund it — if the artwork appears to infringe someone else's copyright or trademark, or if it is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise something this shop is not willing to put its printer to. That judgement is ours to make, and declining is a refund, not a penalty.
You can design and order without creating an account. Your cart and your order history are tied to your browser's session, which has a real consequence worth knowing: clearing this site's data, using a different browser, or using a different device will not show your previous orders. Keep your order number and your receipt email so an order can always be found by a human.
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to remaking it or refunding what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses — a missed event date, lost resale profit, and the like. Nothing here is intended to limit rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Pack Haus is new, and this page names the gaps instead of papering over them:
Contact the shop through whichever channel you used to reach it, and include your order number. Your order number is on your receipt and on your order history page.
If these change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
