Pack Haus Apparel LLC, doing business as Pack Haus. Last updated 19 August 2026.
While you design. Your design itself — the text, shapes, colors, placement and any image you upload — is saved as you work so you do not lose it. To do that without making you create an account, your browser is given an anonymous session identifier. Your designs and orders are tied to that identifier, which means they are visible in that browser and not in another one.
When you check out. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted page. Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number and shipping address there, and passes the email address and shipping address back to us so we can produce and ship the order. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference to the payment. We never receive, see, or store your card number, expiry or security code.
Production records. Once paid, your order becomes a production job: the item, size, the confirmed design, quantity, price, and a record of each stage it passes through in the shop. That record is what lets us answer “where is my order” and reprint correctly if something goes wrong.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers on this site — the only outside services this site talks to are Stripe (payments), our own database and file storage, and Google Fonts (to load the typefaces used in the design studio).
We do not email you marketing unless you have asked us to. Order-related email — receipts, shipping updates, a question about your artwork — is not marketing and you should expect it.
Uploaded files are cleaned on arrival: photo metadata (including any GPS coordinates your camera recorded) is stripped from images, and uploaded SVG files are sanitised.
Uploaded artwork is kept in private storage. It is not readable from the open internet: when your design needs to show a file, we generate a short-lived link for that one file, and that link stops working shortly afterwards.
The one thing to know: each file still has a long, effectively unguessable identifier, and anyone who has that exact identifier can ask for a link to that file — there is no separate sign-in check on top of it. That is deliberate, because it is what lets you share a design link, reorder, or approve a quote without an account. Nothing publishes those identifiers and they are not listed anywhere, but we would rather state the limit plainly than imply a stronger guarantee than the software makes.
We do not put your design in a public gallery, in marketing, or on a product page unless you have explicitly given permission for that specific design.
This site stores one thing in your browser that matters: your session token, which is how your cart and your designs stay yours between page loads. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Clearing your browser's site data for this site will sign that session out — and because order history is tied to it, clearing it will also hide previous orders from that browser. Keep your order number and your receipt email if you may need to reference an order later.
Stripe processes payments and collects the contact and shipping details at checkout, under its own privacy policy. Supabase hosts the database and file storage this site runs on. Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel. That is the whole list.
Order and production records are kept as business records — we need them for accounting, for reprints, and for answering questions about a past order. Designs and uploaded files are kept so a reorder or a reprint reproduces exactly what you approved. If you want a design or an upload removed, ask us and we will remove it, subject to keeping the minimum order record we are required to keep.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
The fastest way: request a copy or deletion of your data right here on the site — it works whether or not you have an account, and puts your request straight in front of a real person on our team.
Pack Haus has not published a support address yet, and this page will not invent one — a contact address that bounces is worse than an honest gap. Contact the shop through whichever channel you used to reach it, and include your order number. See our Terms of Service for what else is still being set up.
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Pack Haus is a new and actively changing shop; when the software changes in a way that makes something above less true — for example when uploaded files move behind signed links — this page gets corrected rather than left standing.
